This policy governs your purchase of our software products (templates, addons, modules and other digital products) and services through the website www.carttuning.com. Please read it carefully as it sets out your rights with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement that this policy applies to the order.
Refund Conditions for our software products
You have the unconditional right to claim and receive a full refund for the software within 15 days following the day of your initial license purchase.
No refund will be available after this refund period is over.
The refund may apply only to the primary (first) license bought through the website www.carttuning.com, except the ones obtained through illegal product installations.
If you own more than one license, no refund will be available.
Your money may be refunded only once. If you buy another software license at a later time, this will not be subject to a refund request.
Any purchase of the software at a discount price is non-refundable.
We do not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (templates, addons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Refund Conditions for web design and custom development services
The money for your web design and custom development projects may be refunded in full, less the cancellation fee.
If you claim a refund at any time before our specialists have started to work on your project, the cancellation fee will be 20% of the full project cost. The other 80% will be refunded in full.
If you claim a refund at any time after our specialists have started to work on your project, the cancellation fee will be calculated according to the progress of the project.
Refund Conditions for software installation service
The cost of the installation service will be refunded in full as long as
- the engineer has not started the installation process before the claim is received
- the client's server does not meet the system requirements and the installation cannot be performed.
All refund requests must be submitted to our Support department via email firstname.lastname@example.org or Help Desk system. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms & Conditions or our License agreement.
The decision to grant a return request is made within one or two business days.
The deadline for any refund will be issued within 10 business days after it has been claimed.
If the refund is granted, the user must remove all cancelled products or any of its derivatives and must not use the software unless another license is purchased.
